The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the car wash tunnel, and ensure that customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Guide vehicles onto the conveyor belt and ensure proper alignment. Operate and monitor car wash equipment and systems. Perform cleaning of the car wash tunnel and surrounding areas. Address customer concerns and provide information about services and packages. Handle cash and card transactions and maintain accurate records. Report any mechanical issues to management promptly. Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Previous experience in a car wash or automotive service industry is preferred but not required.
