Ray Laethem Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and detail new and used vehicles Wash, vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors Apply waxes, polishes, tire dressings, and other detailing products Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and display Maintain vehicles to dealership quality standards Keep the detailing area clean, organized, and properly stocked Inspect completed vehicles to ensure a high-quality finished product Follow all dealership safety and cleanliness procedures Qualifications Previous automotive detailing experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Paid Holidays PTO time that increases with years of service 401K Room for advancement Why Join Ray Laethem?
