Produces consistently high-quality work Takes ownership of every vehicle Is dependable and self-motivated Enjoys staying busy throughout the day Wants to earn more by producing more Compensation Pay & Benefits Earn $16.25 - $21.25+ flat rate Production bonuses up to $375 per pay period 401(k) with company match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Full-time Monday-Friday schedule 8 am to 5 pm Our commission structure rewards high performers.
