We are taking out time to find the right person that fits the team. We are promoting our current team member and opening this position up. This job would include, but not limited to, washing/prepping vehicles for detail. This is a deep clean of the exterior, engine bays, wheels/wheel wells, and underbody. Another main aspect of the job would be prepping new vehicles for delivery. This includes removing plastic protection from the interiors/exteriors, washing/waxing, vacuuming, and wiping down the interior. We are looking for a hard-working, independent, trustworthy person to lead this area. This spot dictates the flow of the rest of the shop. If there comes a time when you are "caught up" you will be helping in the other areas of the shop. We are very team-oriented and it takes the whole team for us to be successful. This will be an hourly + Tips. Tip distribution would be after a 60-day training period. Tips are pooled and distributed equally amongst the team on a quarterly basis. Other opportunities for monthly and quarterly bonus'. PTO is offered after the 60 day period, this will include vacation days, sick, and personal days. Attendance affects tip distribution. We have a strong little team that is here every day. We are looking for another person with the same mindset. The only way we get to our goal is with a strong team effort. We will be running this ad for a few weeks to a month looking for the right fit for our team. Any questions about the job please reach out! We also offer ceramic coatings and paint protection film. Plenty of room to learn new skills and grow within our team as our business continues to grow. This is why this position is open, the current team member went to PPF training and will be moving into that roll. Hours for this position once trained will be 8am to 4:30 PM mon - fri with two late days until 8pm on Monday and Thursday. We will have this open until we find the right fit for our team, we are not in a hurry to fill this position, but if the right person comes along we will fill the position immediately.
