Automotive Detailer - Full Time Rite-Way Auto Reconditioning Rite-Way Auto Reconditioning is growing, and we're looking for experienced, motivated automotive detailers to join our team. This position primarily focuses on full detailing dealership trade-in vehicles . We run a fast-paced, high-production shop, so we're looking for people who know how to work efficiently while still producing a quality finished product. What You'll Be Doing Full interior and exterior vehicle detailing Reconditioning dealership trade-in vehicles Vacuuming, shampooing, extraction, and interior cleaning Exterior washing and detailing Working efficiently while maintaining our quality standards Keeping your work area clean and organized Working with the team to keep vehicles moving through production Experience Required Previous automotive detailing or professional car wash experience is required. We're looking for someone who: Has a strong work ethic and shows up ready to work Can maintain a fast, consistent production pace Pays attention to detail Takes pride in the finished product Works well as part of a team Is dependable and reliable Wants to earn more based on performance and productivity Pay - Your Performance Determines Your Earnings Starting at $15/hour and/or performance-based commission. Our per-vehicle compensation plan rewards productive detailers for getting quality work done efficiently. Most of our employees earn the equivalent of $20-$27.75+ per hour with performance pay.
