This position plays a vital role in supporting dealership operations by maintaining the appearance of motorcycles and facilities. What We Offer Competitive pay Paid training Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K Employee discounts Extremely supportive and fun team environment Career growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Detail, wash, polish, and prepare new and pre-owned motorcycles to dealership standards Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of motorcycles, the service department, showroom, and dealership grounds Safely load, unload, and relocate motorcycles throughout the dealership, and service areas Provide courteous, professional customer service during all customer interactions Support dealership events, promotions, and daily operations as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to receive and follow directions effectively Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous detailing, powersports, automotive, or dealership experience is helpful but not required
