You will lead the day-to-day functions and operations of the detail department and work to perform interior and exterior washes of vehicles for the lot and for guests. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day functions and operations of the detailing department Support the sales and service departments with clean and quality detailed vehicles. Conform to dealer specifications Wash exterior, clean interior, vacuum interior and clean windows Apply wax to vehicle and use buffer to shine Clean engine and engine compartment Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects such as dents or scratches and bring to managers attention Have vehicles looking showroom ready when getting back to the lot for sales Must be able to work in fast pace environment Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record The ability to stand, crawl, bend, and get in and out of vehicles to complete details As part of the Dahl Auto team, you will be eligible for all company benefits, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k with automatic 3% company contribution, life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, discounts on vehicles and services, and much more!
