22.5% commission per job Average ticket: $300+ Tip share included No expenses for chemicals, equipment, or van We provide: Fully equipped detailing van All chemicals and tools Steady flow of booked jobs You focus on execution. We handle the rest. ⸻

What You'll Do:

Perform interior and exterior detailing services Work efficiently with a teammate on scheduled jobs Operate and maintain professional equipment Deliver consistent, high-quality results Represent the brand professionally at client locations Pick up work van and drive to client locations ⸻

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic. This is performance pay. Excellent customer interaction Detail-oriented. Quality matters. Physically capable of working outdoors. Reliable, punctual, and coachable. Valid driver's license. Experience preferred, but we will train the right person .
