This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with consistent hours and weekends off . We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that the presentation of our vehicles plays an important role in the customer experience.

Position Details Pay:

$18-$20 per hour, based on experience

Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-5:30

Off What You'll Do Professionally clean and detail vehicles inside and out Thoroughly vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors Wash, dry, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors Clean and dress wheels, tires, trim, windows, and other surfaces Prepare vehicles for the sales lot and customer delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Perform quality checks to ensure every vehicle meets dealership standards Move and position vehicles throughout the dealership as needed Assist with general lot and vehicle organization when necessary What We're Looking For The right candidate will be: Reliable and punctual Hardworking and self-motivated Detail-oriented and committed to quality Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive environment Comfortable working on their feet and performing physical work throughout the day Experienced in automotive detailing preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply Able to safely drive and move vehicles as needed Why Join Mathis Motors?
