What You'll Do As a Home Service Professional, you will work as part of a professional cleaning team servicing residential homes.

Responsibilities include:

Perform professional residential cleaning services. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and common spaces. Vacuum and mop floors. Dust and detail surfaces. Follow Molly Maid cleaning procedures and quality standards. Protect customer property. Communicate professionally with customers. Follow all safety and chemical-handling procedures. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Help maintain a clean and organized company vehicle. Follow daily routes and schedules. Report damage, hazards, customer concerns or unusual conditions to the Team Lead. Follow key, lockbox and home-access procedures. Work efficiently while maintaining quality.
