What You'll Do As an Automotive Detailer , you'll play a key role in making sure our vehicles look flawless — inside and out. Your work directly impacts our customer satisfaction and the overall presentation of our inventory. You'll be responsible for: Cleaning, waxing, buffing, and detailing vehicles (new, used, and collision repair) Inspecting vehicles to ensure a spotless, high-quality finish Meeting customer or dealership-specific detailing requirements Operating detailing tools and equipment safely and effectively Reporting any vehicle damage or issues to your supervisor promptly Maintaining a clean, organized work area Working closely with your teammates to complete tasks efficiently Upholding the highest quality standards to represent Walt Massey with pride Performing other tasks as assigned What We're Looking For A positive attitude and "can-do" mentality Strong attention to detail and work ethic Friendly, team-oriented personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Eagerness to learn and improve your skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you!
