Full Job Description Detail Manager Duties:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the detailing department
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle detailing appointments
• Ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, both inside and out
• Perform window tinting services as needed
• Train and supervise a team of detailers to ensure high-quality work
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Inspect vehicles after detailing to ensure customer satisfaction
• Address customer concerns or complaints regarding detailing services

Experience:

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing is required
• Knowledge of window tinting techniques and products is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as lead a team
