Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities Perform vehicle exterior washing using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure a spotless finish. Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing with automotive buffers to restore paint clarity and shine. Apply vehicle interior detailing, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and dashboard polishing, to enhance overall vehicle presentation. Utilize manual transmission skills for precise cleaning and detailing tasks on various vehicle types. Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process by following safe work practices and using proper janitorial techniques. Operate auto detailing equipment safely, including automotive buffers, cleaning tools, and window tinting devices when applicable. Assist with heavy lifting tasks when handling large or bulky items or equipment within the auto detailing facility. Ensure all vehicles are maintained in pristine condition by adhering to quality standards and customer specifications. Support the cleaning of the auto detailing facility, including janitorial duties, to uphold a safe and organized work environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing results. Qualifications Prior experience in auto detailing or a related custodial or janitorial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge of standard passenger car operation, vehicle paint correction, buffing, and window tinting is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy work environment. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, automotive buffers, and vehicle exterior washing techniques. Strong understanding of safe work practices within an auto detailing or similar facility setting. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Valid driving license preferred for mobility around the facility or for vehicle movement tasks.
