As a Whitecap Car Wash Team Member, you will work with an amazing Whitecap team in a fun environment, while rotating positions throughout the day. You will work to help the team to provide an exceptional experience for every customer that comes on the lot. We emphasize building trusting relationships with our customers as they trust us with one of their most valuable assets, their car! A typical day would consist of guiding customers into the tunnel, prepping customer vehicles, cleaning the lot, and ensuring a tidy office is maintained for all employees and guests.

Primary Duties:

• Ensure car wash equipment is functioning properly and is maintained/serviced according to industry best practices
• Notify management if you find broken or damaged equipment
• Contribute to accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly task lists
• Follow company policies consistently
• Ensure all areas of the property, including equipment, are clean and functioning properly
• Provide an exceptional customer experience for every guest, every day through connecting, listening, and responding to their needs

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work outside and stand for long periods of time
• Regular physical mobility including, reaching, grabbing and lifting
• Ability to lift minimum 25 pounds unassisted

Benefits:

• Hourly Rate Range $17.00 - $18.00 plus (based on experience)
