This is not an entry-level position, and we're not looking for someone whose only experience is washing cars at a dealership or running vehicles through a production line. We're looking for professionals who understand that true detailing is a skilled trade. What We're Looking For You should have proven experience in professional automotive detailing, including: Paint correction and polishing Interior deep cleaning and restoration Exterior detailing Ceramic coating preparation and application (preferred but willing to train the right candidate) Safe washing and decontamination procedures Proper use of professional machines, chemicals, and tools Attention to detail that consistently exceeds customer expectations You should be able to work independently, stay productive without constant supervision, and take ownership of every vehicle that leaves the shop.
