The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with cleaning equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working with various vehicle types, including manual transmission vehicles, and committed to delivering exceptional results that can influence pay based on the quality of work performed. Responsibilities Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, including cleaning and polishing surfaces to achieve a pristine appearance Maintain vehicle cleanliness by vacuuming, washing, waxing, and applying protective treatments as needed Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools responsibly to ensure safety and efficiency Manage vehicle interior detailing tasks such as cleaning carpets, upholstery, windows, and dashboard areas Handle vehicle maintenance tasks related to cleanliness while respecting each vehicle's unique requirements Keep work area organized and equipment properly stored after use Work with various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, ensuring careful handling during detailing processes Experience Prior experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude are essential Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and equipment used in vehicle detailing Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different vehicle types and customer preferences Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation
