Schedule:

The schedule is approximately 2-4 hours per day, between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with weekend availability required and flexible days off depending on operational needs.

1356 N Broad St, Hillside, NJ 07205, United States Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Fleet Detailer to join our team at our Hillside location.

In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing our 56-passenger motor coaches for daily operations. Because our vehicles are booked for line runs, you will play a critical role in ensuring each bus leaves the yard clean, sanitized, safe, and fully prepared before driver dispatch.

Key Responsibilities Exterior Washing:

Wash, scrub, and pressure-rinse 45-foot motor coaches and clean large side windows.

Interior Cleaning & Sanitation:

Vacuum aisles and passenger seats, mop floors, sanitize headrests, remove trash, and wipe down overhead luggage compartments.

Lavatory Servicing:

Dump, flush, clean, sanitize, and restock onboard restrooms.

Yard Movement:

Assist with safely maneuvering or repositioning buses within the yard or bay area.

Pre-Trip Inspection Support:

Report any noticeable exterior damage, broken interior fixtures, fluid leaks, or other maintenance concerns to the maintenance supervisor.

Vehicle Preparation:

Ensure each bus is clean, presentable, and ready for driver dispatch.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in bus detailing, commercial truck washing, auto detailing, or a similar role is preferred. We are willing to train any candidates/hire to perform the job.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license required.

Background Check:

Must pass a standard background check. Ability to work independently and follow cleaning and safety procedures. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
