Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining the reputation of our car wash. Working in all weather conditions is necessary. Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, scrubbing, and drying. Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure a high-quality finish on all vehicles. Assist customers with questions about services offered and provide recommendations based on their needs. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including equipment and tools used in the washing process. Drive vehicles safely within the car wash facility as needed. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while operating equipment and handling cleaning supplies. Assist with additional tasks such as vehicle detailing as needed. Experience Previous experience in custodial work or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
