Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our Car Wash team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring vehicle safety, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our customers. This position requires a passion for the Car Wash industry and a commitment to delivering quality service while adhering to all safety standards. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including Vacuum Areas Assist in sweeping cleaning customer areas to ensure an appealing washing experience. Follow procedure & safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety. Operate Point of sale Kiosk and handle transactions accurately while providing friendly service. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Participate in training sessions to improve vigilance, vehicle accessory knowledge, and customer service techniques.
