Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing. Apply detailing techniques to ensure vehicles meet quality standards. Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas that require special attention or repair. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns regarding vehicle appearance. Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the detailing process. Drive vehicles to and from detailing stations safely and efficiently. Assist with window tinting as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Utilize janitorial skills for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility. Experience Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with cleaning products and techniques specific to automotive care. Experience in buffing and polishing vehicles is a plus. Background in custodial or janitorial work can be beneficial. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
