What You'll Be Doing:
Perform full interior and exterior detailing to a high standard Execute paint correction (cutting, polishing, finishing) Complete deep interior cleaning (steam cleaning, shampooing, salt/stain extraction) Apply wax, sealants, and ceramic coatings Restore and protect surfaces (trim, plastics, leather conditioning) Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of professional detailing experience preferred Strong experience with paint correction & machine polishing Knowledge of detailing chemicals, tools, and techniques Ability to produce consistent, high-end results High attention to detail — you don't cut corners Self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in their work Valid driver's license required Bonus Skills (Highly Valued): Experience with ceramic coatings (Gtechniq, Ceramic Pro, etc.) Wet sanding experience Experience in a high-end or boutique detailing shop Familiarity with paint protection film (PPF) or vinyl wrap Why Work at
