As a key player in our construction and remodeling projects, you will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, local building codes, and customer expectations. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential water supply and drainage systems using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing system components. Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute plumbing projects precisely. Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and assembly tasks to ensure optimal system performance. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites. Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction plumbing and remodeling projects. Collaborate with clients to provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs or installations clearly and professionally. Skills Extensive construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing projects. Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks. Strong knowledge of water systems, plumbing inspection cameras, and system maintenance techniques. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately. Experience with construction site operations including heavy lifting, remodeling, and handyman tasks. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing residential plumbing work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike.
