Car Wash Detailer / Prep Work

Job Description:

Our busy auto body shop is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and finishing vehicles after collision repairs to ensure they are returned to customers in excellent condition. Every vehicle that leaves our shop goes through a full clean-up and quality check, so attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities:

Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing Wash and clean vehicles after collision repairs Remove dust, residue, or imperfections from clear coat finishes Inspect and clean any overspray or paint residue from repairs Perform polishing and compounding when needed Assist with ceramic coating installations Ensure vehicles are spotless and ready for customer delivery Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Must be punctual and dependable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Experience with automotive detailing, polishing, or paint correction is preferred Experience with ceramic coating installations is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
