Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the car wash. Guiding customers through the car wash process. Operating car wash equipment efficiently and safely to ensure the highest quality results. Safely guiding vehicles through the car wash tunnel. Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times. Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of car wash equipment. Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression. Responsibilities for

Courtesy Driver:

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance with loading and unloading their belongings. Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for passengers. Perform regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any mechanical issues or damages to the appropriate personnel. Communicate with the service and sales departments to coordinate customer pick-ups and drop-offs. Provide general information and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns as needed. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, confidentiality, and customer service. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company Safely operate company vehicles to transport customers to and from designated locations, such as their home, workplace, or public transportation hubs. Car Wash Attendant:

Previous experience in car wash operations is advantageous but not mandatory; we're willing to train the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail to ensure quality car wash services are delivered. Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience as a professional driver or in a customer service role is an asset.
