- Car Wash Attendant (Entry-Level) in Canal Winchester, OH. This is a full-time position.
Job Purpose:
The Car Wash Attendant at Turbo Wash Car Wash plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our automatic car wash facility. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. While this role does not involve hand detailing or manual vehicle cleaning, attendants are responsible for monitoring equipment, guiding vehicles, assisting customers, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a positive attitude and provide clear instructions on how to use the automatic car wash system. Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, ensuring proper alignment and preventing damage. Monitor the wash process and equipment operation to ensure consistent service quality and resolve minor issues as they arise. Perform routine inspections and light maintenance of wash equipment to ensure functionality and safety. Keep the entire wash facility clean and organized, including wash bays, vacuum areas, and equipment rooms. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment at all times to maintain a safe work environment. Respond to customer questions or concerns courteously and escalate issues to management when necessary. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a steady flow of vehicles and support daily operations. Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or supply needs to the appropriate personnel. Comply with all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and hygiene.
