•46+ per hour equivalent | Commission-Based | Part-Time / Full-Time / Seasonal This Is NOT an Entry-Level Detailing Position Detail Dynasty is a growing mobile detailing company serving the Cincinnati area, and we're looking for experienced automotive detailers who can confidently complete professional interior and exterior details with minimal supervision. We are looking for people who already understand detailing, take pride in their work, and can represent our company professionally while working directly with customers. This is a performance-based role. The better your quality, reliability, efficiency, and customer service, the more opportunities you can earn. What You'll Actually Do This is a customer-facing mobile detailing role.

Your responsibilities include:

Completing full interior and exterior vehicle details Vacuuming, extracting, scrubbing, and cleaning carpets and upholstery Cleaning and protecting leather, vinyl, plastics, and other interior surfaces Cleaning wheels, tires, wheel wells, and exterior surfaces Properly washing and drying vehicles while minimizing scratches and damage Using detailing chemicals, pressure washers, vacuums, drills, and other equipment correctly Identifying stains, pet hair, excessive dirt, and other conditions that may require additional work Working directly with customers at their homes, workplaces, or other job locations Explaining services clearly and professionally Recommending appropriate upgrades or future services Introducing customers to maintenance programs when appropriate Providing job updates and communicating professionally with customers Taking before-and-after photos and documenting completed work Maintaining equipment and keeping your work area organized You will be trusted to manage your time, maintain Detail Dynasty's quality standards, and provide a professional customer experience without constant supervision. Experience Requirements Previous professional or paid automotive detailing experience is required. You should already be comfortable performing most or all of the following: Full interior details Full exterior details Carpet and upholstery extraction Stain removal Pet hair removal Leather cleaning and conditioning Wheel and tire cleaning Proper hand-washing techniques Using detailing chemicals safely Operating a pressure washer and wet/dry vacuum Using drill brushes and other detailing tools Working efficiently without sacrificing quality Experience with paint correction, polishing, ceramic coatings, steam cleaning, or advanced detailing services is a major plus and may qualify you for higher-paying appointments. Pay, Bonuses & Earning Potential This position uses commission-based compensation , meaning your earnings are tied to the jobs you complete and your performance.
