We've been voted Best Used Car Dealer in Stark County eight times, and a big reason is that every car on our lot looks the part before it ever goes up for sale. That's where you come in. What you'll be doing You'll get vehicles front-line ready. Some days that's a $9,000 daily driver, some days it's a Corvette, a Range Rover, or a Bentley. The standard is the same either way. Full interior and exterior details on incoming inventory Wash, clay, polish, and wax exteriors Shampoo carpets and seats, clean and condition leather, detail glass and trim Engine bay cleaning and touch-up work as needed Prep sold vehicles for delivery Keep the detail bay clean, stocked, and organized How you get paid Flat rate per car. The more efficiently you work, the more you make, and most of our detailers land around $24 an hour. Your pay is tied to your output, not the clock. What we're looking for Detailing experience, dealership or professional shop preferred You take pride in the finished product and don't cut corners Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable managing your own workflow Able to be on your feet all day and lift 50 lbs Valid driver's license and clean driving record (you'll be moving cars on the lot) Experience with paint correction is a plus Why Jeff's Steady, year-round work. We move around 75 cars a month, so the bay stays busy. You'll work on a wider range of vehicles than almost any detail shop in the area.
