Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Car Wash Lead to oversee daily operations at our facility. In this role, you will lead a team of car wash attendants to deliver exceptional customer service and high end performance of daily operations. Your energetic leadership will ensure that every vehicle provided with company standard of cleanliness and appearance, while providing outstanding customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to motivate a team, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery Lead team members in performing vehicle exterior washing and side tasks Monitor adherence to safe work practices, including heavy lifting techniques and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining services, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain vehicle cleanliness standards throughout the facility by overseeing vehicle exterior washing and trouble shooting Train new team members on proper procedures for prepping vehicles and working customer service. Experience Prior experience working in an auto detailing or car wash facility is preferred Familiarity with janitorial or general cleaning procedures and equipment operation is beneficial Strong ability to perform several tasks safely and efficiently in a busy environment Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Join us as a Car Wash Lead to energize your career while helping vehicles look their best!
