Full Job Description Pay:
$18/hr + tips Employment type: Seasonal part-time (or full-time for strong performers) What you'll do Set up at each job: hoses, pressure washers, ladders/scaffolding, vacuums, buffers, towels, chemicals Wash, wax, and detail RV exteriors and interiors Follow written standard operating procedures and safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers and team; take notes/photos as needed Minimum requirements Must have a vehicle to drive to job sites Available for flexible hours (Monday - Friday) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable attendance and punctuality; professional attitude Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work for extended periods Ability to lift/move equipment up to 30 lbs Ability to bend, kneel, and stand/walk for long periods Comfortable using ladders/scaffolding and working at heights on RV roofs (training and safety gear provided) Basic smartphone skills (texts, photos, job notes, scheduling updates) Nice to have Experience (not required) Detailing, pressure washing, car wash, RV/boat wash, landscaping, construction, or any hands-on trade experience Buffer/polisher experience Customer service experience Work style
Team-based:
you'll work with a lead technician. We move fast, protect customer property, and keep a clean work area. If you're the kind of person who takes pride in "before and after," you'll fit in.
