WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform thorough interior and exterior detail work on new, pre-owned, and service vehicles

• washing, vacuuming, polishing, and protecting to Mercedes-Benz luxury standards Prepare vehicles for guest delivery
• ensuring every car is clean, presentable, and ready to make a strong first impression Apply paint protection, fabric protection, and appearance products accurately and consistently Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues during the detail process
• scratches, stains, and odors
• addressing or escalating appropriately Operate detail equipment including pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and steam cleaners safely and efficiently Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and porters to prioritize vehicle readiness and meet delivery timelines Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure
• your throughput, quality, and consistency directly drive your earnings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Prior detailing, car washing, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred

• the right person with strong work ethic and attention to detail will be trained to our standard A high personal standard for quality
