Job Description

Description Lancaster County Motors Quality Pre-Owned dealership on the Manheim Pike in Lancaster is hiring a Used Car Delivery Attendant. This position will wash, vacuum and prep used automobiles for customer delivery, fuel if necessary, and drive and stage vehicles at the dealership.
Job Duties Include:
Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows and wipes down doorjambs. Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris. Cleans all windows. Quality control check of every vehicle before being staged for sale or for a customer that is purchasing Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operations. Fills vehicle with fuel off site Applies dressing on tires and wheel wells Replaces missing or defective small parts. (Hub caps etc.) Checks new vehicles coming off delivery trucks for damage Maintains showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times Ensures proper stickers are displayed in the vehicle's window. Removes all window stickers on sold vehicles Maintains a clean shop environment Perform Lot Attendant duties General maintenance (sweeping, trash, shoveling in winter, removal of snow from vehicles in winter, relocating vehicles from one spot to another) Other duties as assigned Position Requirements Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check Physical requirements: regularly required to stand, crouch, and kneel; frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms and to use hands and fingers to feel objects, tools and components; occasionally required to stoop or crawl and the ability to talk and hear. Ability to lift 50lbs.
Hours:
