Supportive team-oriented work environment What You'll Do

As an Experienced Automotive Detailer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every vehicle meets CarShop's high standards for appearance and presentation before delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities include: Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles to CarShop quality standards

Prepare vehicles for customer delivery according to established processes and procedures

Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality and cleanliness meet company expectations

Maintain detailing equipment and tools in proper working condition

Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to the Detail Manager

Work efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of automotive detailing experience REQUIRED, preferably in a fast-paced dealership environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet production goals

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve

Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Standard Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; and six month or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous detailing experience is preferred.
