Job Description

Weavers Body Shop is a family owned and operated collision repair center of over 60 years and we are currently seeking a Paint Prepper and Detailer to join our team. Our goal is to offer customers the best experience possible by providing the highest quality in the industry. We work directly with all insurance companies and service all makes and models of vehicles. Our dedicated staff have been a key part of our business's growth and success through the years. We are looking for a passionate motivated individual to help our team grow and provide exceptional service to our customers and affiliates.

Qualifications:

Prior use or knowledge of RM paint is a plus Ability to work on small to large jobs Basic computer proficiency Positive friendly attitude with customer service mentality Superior oral and written communication skills Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures/ specifications Effective time management and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Job responsibilities: Work on all makes and models Sand and prep parts and vehicles Refinish parts and vehicles Mix all materials using computer and scale Use 2 paint booths to drive work through paint shop Detailer work when needed What we offer: 5 day work week (Monday thru Friday) 401k with company contribution Paid training and certification Paid vacation and holidays Health Insurance Competitive compensation plan
