Steel City Auto Spa is hiring one Auto Detailer to join our team at our shop on Rochester Rd in Pittsburgh's North Hills. We're a Gtechniq accredited premium detailing and ceramic coating shop, which means the vehicles are nice and the standard is high, and we're looking for someone who wants to live up to it. You'll start at $18 an hour and move to $20 at 90 days once you've hit the mark, and from there the path is already mapped out. We have a clear ladder built for this role, with each step tied to a skill you've been signed off on, not how long you've been here: wash and interior work first, then paint decontamination and coating prep, then one-step paint correction, then assisting on ceramic coating installs and eventually training the next hire. Every rung comes with a raise, and we're adding PPF and window tint, so there's more room to climb than most shops can offer. The schedule is Monday through Friday, no weekends and no holidays. No detailing experience is required. We have a full paid training program and we'll teach you everything. What we do need from you is simple: show up every day on time, work hard on your feet all day, take feedback and get better every week, and have reliable transportation to the shop.
