Job Description Auto-Detailer Infina Health is seeking an experienced Auto-Detailer to join our team. As a vital member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for providing efficient vehicle detailing services at our garage. Responsibilities Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning using specialized equipment. Apply paint correction, polishing, and waxing for quality vehicle appearance. Clean and condition upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces to maintain cleanliness. Detail engine compartments, wheels, and tires to ensure a pristine appearance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and work areas. Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed and attention to detail and presentation Toughness and grit to work in many conditions Physical stamina to kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift weights Valid driver's license and good driving record, including ability to operate a manual transmission Know the following: waxing, buffing, masking, grinding and applying paint; replacing parts, minor repairs Job Require ments Previous experience in auto detailing or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality worksmanship. Knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under PA insurance policy. Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks License/ Certification Valid driver's license required. Strong presentation skills Certification in auto detailing preferred but not mandatory. Compensatio n and Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience $15 to $20 per Hour Opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
