Mobile detailing is hard work. We work outside in different weather conditions. Some days are hot, some days are cold, and the work can be physically demanding. We want our work to glorify Jesus through the way we serve people, treat customers, and handle business. About The Position We are looking for a Mobile Car Detailing Assistant to join our team. No experience is needed. We will train the right person. You will be helping clean vehicles at customer homes, businesses, and job sites around York, PA and surrounding areas. Every day is different. You will be working with the owner, lead detailers, and the team to deliver high-quality service to every customer. This position is best for someone who is hardworking, responsible, coachable, respectful, and willing to improve. No Problem. We will train the right person.

All you need is:

A great attitude Willingness to learn Good communication skills A valid driver's license The ability to work outside and stay active The ability to follow instructions The desire to grow and improve Pay This is percentage-based pay plus tips. The more jobs you help complete, the more you can make. Starting pay can average around $13 to $15 per hour, with the potential to make $20 plus per hour or more as you improve, become faster, take on more responsibility, and help the company grow.
