Job Summary www.rynodetail.com ryno.detail on IG We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating Specialist to elevate vehicle appearance to the highest standards. Prefer you to have some tools. In this role, you will perform inside and out details, expert paint correction, apply premium ceramic coatings, and ensure every vehicle leaves with a flawless finish. Your expertise will enhance vehicle aesthetics, protect paintwork, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your automotive detailing skills in a fast-paced, professional environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Perform comprehensive vehicle exterior washing to prepare surfaces for correction and coating application Conduct precise paint correction using automotive buffing tools and techniques to eliminate scratches, swirl marks, and imperfections Apply high-quality ceramic coatings to provide long-lasting protection and a glossy finish Utilize automotive buffers and cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to industry best practices Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the detailing process, including interior cleaning and exterior polishing Follow safe work practices consistently, including proper handling of chemicals, buffers, and heavy lifting procedures Ensure all detailing tasks meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized auto detailing facility Qualifications Proven experience in auto detailing, including vehicle paint correction and ceramic coating application Knowledge of vehicle paint systems, buffing techniques, and automotive cleaning methods Ability to operate standard passenger car operation tools such as buffers, polishers, and cleaning equipment with precision Familiarity with safe work practices related to heavy lifting, chemical handling, and equipment use in an auto detailing environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about services performed Experience with vehicle interior detailing and exterior washing is preferred Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmissions is a plus Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during detailed work sessions Join our team if you're passionate about automotive aesthetics and dedicated to delivering top-tier results!
