Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Attendant and Detailer, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services. This is a hybrid role, meaning you're not only an attendant but also willing to learn how to detail. No prior experience in detailing is required. As an attendant you will be making a hourly rate plus tips. As a detailer you will make your hourly rate, plus tips, plus commission! Responsibilities Operate vehicle wash equipment safely and efficiently, including automated car wash systems and manual exterior cleaning tools Perform thorough interior detailing, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and window cleaning to ensure a spotless vehicle interior Maintain cleanliness of the auto detailing facility, including cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas to promote a safe environment Assist customers with their vehicle needs, providing friendly service and answering questions about services offered Skills Experience operating standard passenger cars with manual transmissions confidently and safely Knowledge of automotive buffing, paint correction, and exterior washing techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Familiarity with cleaning equipment, automotive buffers, and janitorial or custodial practices in an auto detailing setting Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on safety protocols Understanding of safe work practices within an auto detailing or car wash environment Basic driving skills for moving vehicles within the facility or for test drives when necessary Experience with vehicle interior detailing, including cleaning upholstery, carpets, and windows Knowledge of window tinting procedures and quality standards is a plus Join us in delivering top-tier vehicle care while enjoying a lively work atmosphere that values your skills and dedication.
