This is an important support position within our shop. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable interacting with customers, and understands that keeping the shop organized, clean, and running efficiently is a team effort. Responsibilities Greet and interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and presentable manner Drive customers to and from their home or workplace while their vehicle is being serviced Pick up automotive parts from local parts vendors Assist with customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups Keep the front counter and customer areas clean and organized Keep restrooms clean and presentable Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop area Put away parts, supplies, and inventory in their proper locations Keep the parking lot and surrounding landscape areas clean and free of trash and debris Assist with general day-to-day shop organization Perform quality-control checks after vehicles have been serviced Test drive customer vehicles when required to verify repairs and ensure the vehicle is operating properly before being returned to the customer Requirements Valid driver's license with a responsible driving record Must be dependable and punctual Must be presentable and professional when dealing with customers Strong customer-service attitude Ability to follow directions and work independently Willingness to help wherever needed Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Comfortable driving a variety of customer vehicles We are looking for someone who understands that no job is too small and who wants to be part of a team that takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
