Position Overview Murray Mobile is looking for a Mobile Detailer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, enjoys working independently and understands that great customer service is just as important as a clean vehicle. As a Mobile Detailer, you will travel to customer locations in a company detailing van and perform professional interior and exterior detailing services. You will be responsible for completing each job to Murray Mobile's standards while treating every customer's vehicle and property with care. This is a hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active and seeing the immediate results of their work. Key Responsibilities Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing services Complete services according to Murray Mobile's established checklists and quality standards Perform hand washes, foam-cannon washes, rinses and hand drying Clean wheels, tires, wheel wells, door jambs, trim and exterior surfaces Vacuum and thoroughly clean vehicle interiors Clean dashboards, consoles, cup holders, doors, windows and other interior surfaces Clean and condition leather and other interior materials Shampoo carpets, mats and upholstery as required Use compressed air, detailing brushes and specialized tools to clean hard-to-reach areas Perform specialty services such as ceramic spray applications, hot-water extraction, pet-hair removal and other add-on services as trained Safely operate pressure washers, vacuums, extractors, water systems and other detailing equipment Maintain and properly care for the company van, equipment, tools and supplies Keep the mobile workspace clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers before, during and after services Identify additional detailing needs and communicate them to the customer or owner Take before-and-after photos when requested Follow all company safety, vehicle-care and chemical-handling procedures Represent Murray Mobile professionally at every customer location Opportunities to Learn More As you develop your detailing skills, there may be opportunities to cross-train in additional areas of the business, including: Boats and marine detailing RV detailing Commercial fleet services Heavy equipment Aviation detailing

What We're Looking For Required:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the company starting location Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work independently Ability to communicate professionally with customers Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, carry and move detailing equipment and supplies Ability to stand, bend, kneel and perform physical work for extended periods Willingness to learn and follow established processes

Preferred:

The job requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling and reaching, as well as lifting and carrying equipment, hoses, water-related equipment and cleaning supplies. The position involves working outdoors and may require working in heat, humidity, sun and other changing weather conditions.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 32.0 per week
