Full Job Description About Us:

The Tiny Detailer is a mobile and in-shop auto detailing company serving Berkeley, Dorchester, and Charleston County. We're growing fast and need a reliable, full-time detailer at our shop location to help us take care of walk-in and same-day customers.

The Role:

This is a full-time, hands-on detailing position based at our shop. You'll perform interior and exterior details on customer vehicles, including walk-in and same-day jobs. You'll report to our shop supervisor and follow our processes and standards on every vehicle.

Pay:

Guaranteed $17/hour, or 30% commission on jobs completed — whichever is higher, paid weekly. Top performers can earn well above the hourly base.

What You'll Do:

Perform full interior and exterior details on customer vehicles Handle same-day and walk-in service requests at the shop Keep your work area clean and organized Follow company detailing standards and checklists on every job Communicate with the shop supervisor on job status and scheduling

What We're Looking For:

Prior detailing, car wash, or automotive experience preferred (not required if you're a fast learner with strong attention to detail) Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions closely Comfortable working full-time, in-shop hours Strong customer service skills, you may be the first person a customer meets Valid driver's license
