Overview Join our growing team as a Pressure Washing Technician and play a key role in delivering exceptional exterior cleaning services throughout the Columbia area. This is an active, outdoor position that's perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality results, and wants to be rewarded for their performance. During your initial training period, you'll receive paid, hands-on instruction to learn our equipment, safety procedures, cleaning methods, and customer service standards. Once training is complete, you'll transition to a performance-based pay structure where you'll earn 20-25% commission on every completed job . The more jobs you complete, the more you earn. You'll also have opportunities to increase your income through customer upsells, such as gutter cleaning, window cleaning, roof washing, concrete cleaning, and recurring maintenance plans. Top performers who consistently deliver outstanding work and generate additional sales will have opportunities to earn even higher commission rates and advance within the company. Duties

• Operate commercial-grade pressure washing and soft washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean homes, driveways, roofs, sidewalks, patios, fences, decks, commercial buildings, and other exterior surfaces.
• Inspect each job site to determine the safest and most effective cleaning method for the property.
• Prepare work areas by removing obstacles and protecting landscaping and delicate surfaces before cleaning.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, hoses, pumps, and trailers to ensure everything remains in excellent working condition.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the job.
• Provide outstanding customer service by communicating professionally with homeowners and answering questions when needed.
• Document completed work, report any property concerns, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications
• Previous pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day, including climbing ladders when necessary.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude with customers.
• Basic knowledge of exterior building materials and cleaning techniques is a plus but not required.
