Duties Perform comprehensive exterior washing, vehicle paint correction, and buffing using automotive buffers and cleaning equipment to restore vehicles' shine and appearance Conduct interior detailing including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, window tinting, and dashboard polishing to ensure vehicles are spotless inside and out Safely operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles within the lot for movement or test drives as needed Maintain vehicle cleanliness by applying safe work practices during heavy lifting, janitorial tasks, and custodial duties around the auto detailing facility Utilize proper techniques for vehicle exterior maintenance such as window cleaning and paint correction to enhance overall vehicle presentation Assist with vehicle lot organization by moving cars safely, ensuring proper placement, and maintaining a clean lot environment Use appropriate tools and equipment for detailing tasks while adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage Experience Prior experience in auto detailing or auto reconditioning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with vehicle exterior washing, interior cleaning, buffing, and paint correction techniques is highly desirable Experience operating cleaning equipment such as buffers or polishers is a plus Knowledge of safe work practices when handling heavy lifting or custodial tasks in an automotive setting is beneficial Customer service skills are important for interacting professionally with team members and clients during vehicle preparation processes Experience with window tinting or automotive buffing enhances candidacy but is not mandatory Valid driving license with experience operating standard passenger cars or manual transmission vehicles is preferred Embark on a rewarding career path where your dedication transforms vehicles into works of art!
