Maintain detailed records of completed tasks, safety inspections, and equipment usage for accountability and quality assurance. Respond promptly to client requests for additional services or urgent cleaning needs while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Requirements Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments with knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques. Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE usage, manual handling procedures, fire extinguisher operation, and hazard awareness. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, walking, bending, and manual tasks required during detailed cleaning projects.
