Your goal is to move vehicles through the detailing process efficiently while ensuring every car meets our "lot-ready" standard. You will work under the direction of our Manager to ensure all dealership needs are met daily.

Key Responsibilities Production Detailing:

Perform efficient interior and exterior detailing on a volume of dealership vehicles (trade-ins, new inventory, and auction units).

Interior Restoration:

Deep clean upholstery, carpets, and surfaces; remove odors and stains to meet resale standards.

Exterior Preparation:

Wash, dry, and apply protectants; perform basic engine bay cleaning and tire dressing.

Efficiency & Pace:

Maintain a consistent workflow for "complete detail" turnaround times without sacrificing quality.

Quality Control:

Ensure all windows are streak-free, door jambs are wiped, and all debris is removed before the vehicle is moved to the frontline.

Safety & Care:

Safely move and park dealership inventory within the lot or shop area.

Requirements Experience:

Previous experience in a detail shop or dealership environment is highly preferred.

Work Ethic:

Ability to work independently and stay on task in a fast-paced environment.

Reliability:

Strong attendance record is a must. Dealerships rely on our timeline to get cars sold.

License:
