Monday- Thursday | 5:55 AM
- 4:30
PM Mandatory Overtime:
Fridays as scheduled Position Summary Tigé Boats is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Boat Detail Cleaner to join our production team. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, finish quality, and overall presentation of boats throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a physically active environment and committed to upholding Tigé Boats' safety and quality standards. Essential Job Duties Perform detailed cleaning of boats to transport to Dealer. Safely utilize cleaning chemicals in accordance with company safety guidelines Apply non-skid materials to designated areas within boats Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and supplies Enter and exit boats repeatedly throughout shift to perform cleaning tasks Assist with the proper upkeep of detailing equipment, including drills and impact tools Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Support production timelines by completing assigned tasks efficiently Position requires regular, reliable, and punctual daily attendance to effectively perform essential job duties. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active manufacturing environment Requires ability to kneel, bend, crouch, reach and work on knees when applying non-skid materials Ability to move in and out of boats throughout the workday Position requires standing, walking, and continuous movement for extended periods of time Qualifications Knowledge or willingness to learn the use of drills and impact tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals Dependable and punctual with early morning shift availability Willingness to work mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed Work Schedule MondayThursday:
