Responsibilities Perform comprehensive vehicle exterior washing, including hand washing and using specialized cleaning equipment to remove dirt and grime. Execute vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers to restore paint clarity and shine. Conduct interior detailing tasks such as vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, window tinting, and dashboard polishing to enhance vehicle cleanliness and appearance. Apply safe work practices when handling cleaning chemicals, equipment, and during heavy lifting to ensure safety for yourself and others. Maintain the cleanliness of the auto detailing facility by organizing tools, cleaning supplies, and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials. Use manual transmissions and driving skills to move vehicles within the facility or between locations as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's condition and detailing services performed. Requirements Prior experience in auto detailing or auto wash facilities is preferred; familiarity with automotive buffing, paint correction, and window tinting is a plus. Ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently and safely in various settings. Knowledge of safe work practices related to cleaning chemicals, heavy lifting, and equipment operation. Experience with automotive buffers, cleaning equipment, and custodial tasks within an auto detailing or janitorial environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining vehicle exterior and interior cleanliness standards. Physical ability to perform manual tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning tools.
