Responsibilities Perform comprehensive exterior washing, vehicle paint correction, and buffing using automotive buffers and cleaning equipment to restore vehicles' shine and finish. Conduct detailed interior cleaning, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, dashboard polishing, and odor removal to ensure a spotless cabin. Safely operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions to reach customer locations and transport equipment as needed. Follow safe work practices consistently while handling heavy lifting tasks and using various cleaning tools and supplies. Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles throughout the detailing process, ensuring all surfaces are properly cleaned, polished, and protected. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Adhere to auto detailing facility standards and procedures, ensuring quality control at every step of the process. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars with manual transmissions preferred. Proven experience in auto detailing or related janitorial/custodial roles within an auto detailing facility or car wash environment. Knowledge of vehicle paint correction techniques, automotive buffing tools, and exterior washing methods. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and other detailing tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling equipment or large vehicles; physically capable of standing for extended periods. Strong understanding of safe work practices in automotive environments to prevent damage or injury. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
