+ Tips Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, motivated Car Wash Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of our automatic car wash. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, customer interaction, and growth. You will initially operate as a one-person lead on site, with the opportunity to grow into a management role and lead a team as the business expands. Key Responsibilities Operations & Site Management Ensure the car wash is running smoothly throughout the day Perform daily operational checks (we will train you on what to look for) Monitor wash performance and report any issues Coordinate with repair/maintenance companies and schedule service when needed Customer Service Greet customers when needed and provide assistance at the pay station Answer basic questions about wash options and memberships Provide a positive, friendly customer experience Membership Sales Actively promote and sell car wash memberships Earn 10% commission on every membership sold Help customers choose the right membership plan Cleanliness & Facility Upkeep Keep wash bays clean and free of trash (including bottles or debris from truck beds) Ensure vacuum areas are tidy and organized Empty trash bins and vacuum canisters at the end of the day Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the site What We're Looking For Dependable and self-motivated — able to work independently Comfortable talking to customers and selling memberships Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Willing to learn basic car wash operations and troubleshooting Able to communicate clearly with vendors and service technicians Interest in long-term growth and leadership opportunities Experience in car wash, retail, gas station, or customer service roles is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
