We bring the water, the power, and the equipment straight to the customer's driveway or office parking lot. Our customers are people who care about their vehicles — Ferraris and Maybachs, contractor fleets, family SUVs on monthly plans. We're small and growing. The person we hire now is the person who trains the next three. What You'll Do Drive our wrapped van to scheduled jobs across the Houston area Perform exterior washes, interior details, and full details to our written standard Represent Ongowash to customers — you're the entire company as far as they're concerned Photograph every vehicle before and after, and log jobs in our scheduling app Keep the van stocked, clean, and ready — equipment maintained, chemicals topped off Collect payment and ask for reviews and rebookings What You'll Grow Into Techs who prove themselves move into: Advanced services — paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF Training new technicians Running a second van and crew Pay that moves with the responsibility What Success Looks Like The work is right the first time, every time, without someone checking You show up when you say you will Customers ask for you by name You get faster without getting sloppier You bring problems and ideas to us instead of sitting on them Requirements Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record Reliable transportation to our shop Comfortable working outdoors in Houston heat, on your feet, bending and kneeling Attention to detail — you notice the streak, the missed jamb, the sling on the paint Professional with customers: on time, clean appearance, respectful Willing to learn our way of doing things Preferred but not required: prior detailing, car wash, body shop, or hands-on trade experience. We will train the right person from zero.
